OBO 33' Pearson 10M cruising sailboat great liveaboard

I'm selling my 33' 1974 Pearson 10M cruising sailboat. Have lived aboard her for over a year and she makes a great liveaboard. Lots of room as much as a 40 footer down below. High 6'5 headroom for taller folks. Very solidly built boat people take these on blue water passages without complaint. Has a rebuilt Atomic 4, edson steering wheel, harken roller furler, two headsails - a 165% genoa and a working jib and of course a main. Have done a lot of maintenance in the past year.
