1982 Proline 23 Foot Cuddy Cabin with a 1994 200 Hp Johnson Outboard

This is a Boat builders dream. I Purchased this boat with the intention of restoring it myself, but medical problems and the economy have forced me to give up my dream.
So here is what has been done. The transom was starting to rot, so a new transom was built and reinforced cost $7,000.00 The stainless parts were corroding and Teak was weathered, Seats were worn and instruments were broken, etc. so I made the decision to completely strip the boat. At that time I noticed that the gas tank looked like it had pin holes in it, so that was removed and replaced with a new Stainless steel Tank (70 gal.)cost $700.00.. Some new items were purchased to replace those removed, but not all. I have the old teak doors and frames and all of the old cushions but also bought new teak for some of the other teak parts. I also purchased but have not installed new Captain chairs and new instruments for the instrument panel, as well as a new hydraulic steering kit to replace the old one. There are also 2 new batteries and a bilge pump. I also had the motor overhauled and checked By Webster Marine and it was given a 100% approval. The trailer has 4 new tires and a spare., I also have the decals for the boat from Proline. All this needs is someone with a knowledge of boats willing to finish restoring it. As I said I have done a lot of the major work, and have most if not all the parts that are needed to complete it. What am I asking for all of this? Because it is a lot of work ahead yet and because of the economy my total asking price is $1,800.00 which is less than what I have in it already. Such a deal you will never again run across . In addition I have other parts not listed here that were original, but were taken off when the boat was striped for the new transom.such as the rail and all of the hatch covers and I am also including about $300.00 worth of Stainless steel screws, nuts and bolts and washers that were purchased new for the restoration. I also have all the paperwork on the engine repairs and state registration for the boat and motor.
